Payment & Confirmation

Payment should be made strictly within 24 hours after checking out. We will automatically send an invoice with the details of your order via email. 

If you can't transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically expire. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products.

Payment through Bank Transfer

You have to confirm your payment at our webstore to validate your purchase or simply contact us through our customer service. Be sure to keep your order ID so you can confirm your order. 

Confirmation (only for Bank Transfer) should be made strictly after you have paid your order. You can make the confirmation easily by clicking on the Payment Confirmation page. You can find it at the bottom of the page.

Note: You do not need to confirm your payment if you pay with Credit Card or Virtual Account Method

Returns & Exchanges

Please be aware that we do not offer pick-up services for exchanges or returns.

Goods must be sent back in the same packing that Acheté used to ship them, new, unused, unwashed, and with all garment tags still intact. Damaged, dirty, or changed returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the client.


We offer two different types of preorders, 1) Alter & Customization Service, and 2) True size preorder. Both of the services are expected to be delivered a maximum of 45 days after your order is confirmed.
