Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.

Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed on the same day if the orders are placed between 08.00 - 14.00 WIB. Otherwise, it will be processed on the next day.

Weekend Policy

Due to the courier’s operational inactivity, orders that are placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Sameday Delivery

Orders that are placed before 12.00 WIB can be delivered with Sameday Delivery. We use GOJEK, Grab, & Paxel as our couriers. Please note that we are based in Bandung, hence the delivery time may vary depending on your domicile (maximum 8 to 10 hours).

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs may vary depending on your domicile and what services you choose. For domestic shipments, we use AnterAja. For international shipments please contact WhatsApp +62-811-236-790. You can check the shipping cost directly on their website.

Our warehouse is based in Bandung, hence the estimated time of arrival is as follows:

DKI Jakarta : 1 - 2 working days
Jawa (including Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) : 1 - 3 working days
Bali : 1 - 3 working days
Sumatera : 1 - 6 working days
Kalimantan : 2 - 5 working days
Sulawesi : 2 - 5 working days
Nusa Tenggara : 2 - 5 working days
Maluku : 2 - 7 working days
Papua : 2 - 9 working days
