  1. New product exchange
  2. Cash refund 

Return/Refund Process

1. Send an email to  achete.de.nous@gmail.com with the subject “Return/Refund Request”. Kindly includes:

  • Purchase receipt/proof
  • Personal information (name, address, phone number, ordered products)
  • Unboxing Video
2. Ship the product with the original packaging to Acheté after receiving confirmation.
3. Allow up to 10 working days to receive the product exchange/cash refund.

    Terms & Conditions

    1. The request must be made within 30 days after the product purchase.
    2. Product must be in new & unused condition.
    3. Original tag & label must be attached, complete with the packaging.
    4. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost in the return/refund process.
    5. Refunds will not include shipping costs

    Unboxing Video

    1. Your package should not be opened before doing the unboxing videos. The shipping label is still attached.
    2. Video should show the full unboxing process. No pausing.
    3. If any, please SHOW CLEARLY the damaged/defective part of the product in the video.
