Thank you for supporting Acheté. If you feel unsatisfied with your purchase, please know that we offer product return service in the form of:
- New product exchange
- Cash refund
Return/Refund Process
1. Send an email to achete.de.nous@gmail.com with the subject “Return/Refund Request”. Kindly includes:
- Purchase receipt/proof
- Personal information (name, address, phone number, ordered products)
- Unboxing Video
3. Allow up to 10 working days to receive the product exchange/cash refund.
Terms & Conditions
- The request must be made within 30 days after the product purchase.
- Product must be in new & unused condition.
- Original tag & label must be attached, complete with the packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost in the return/refund process.
- Refunds will not include shipping costs
Unboxing Video
- Your package should not be opened before doing the unboxing videos. The shipping label is still attached.
- Video should show the full unboxing process. No pausing.
- If any, please SHOW CLEARLY the damaged/defective part of the product in the video.
